Like I already wrote in article before Skrill deducted my amount twice due to a technical error and now I have negative balance and now I even can’t use my card. I will survive this fact, but I cannot but pass that I have not received an answer to a question submitted via the web application to date.

Each time I complete the process, it is automatically marked as completed and so it is not addressed or even worse – takes so long that it is by no means useful.

 

Skrill ticket creating. I make a few cases in a row and all is imediately markd as CLOSED.

 

Skrill case processing.

When you open a cese and you done they messages imediately marked like Closed and is possible just to open VIEW and even you open to see the case you don’t see what are you writing for. It’s empty. How I can trust money such account management?

 

When open case is automaticaly marked as Closed and you can just use VIEW. So if you need Prepaid MasterCard look twice where you are making account, because If you need MasterCard which you can trust is better not to choose Skrill.

After one week without any message from support they fix situation and I can use my Skrill acount like before. I’m satisfied, but I still think this can’t be even possible with company like Skrill. But all casesI open this days is stil marked as “Closed” and non responsed at all.
