When you open a cese and you done they messages imediately marked like Closed and is possible just to open VIEW and even you open to see the case you don’t see what are you writing for. It’s empty. How I can trust money such account management?
After one week without any message from support they fix situation and I can use my Skrill acount like before. I’m satisfied, but I still think this can’t be even possible with company like Skrill. But all casesI open this days is stil marked as “Closed” and non responsed at all.
